In addition to displaying its full suite of IP-based networking and
telecommunications solutions, UTStarcom will have live demonstrations of its
new Implicity(TM) PCMS platform; MovingMedia(TM) 2000 all-IP CDMA2000 network
solution; RollingStream(TM) end-to-end IPTV system; and Continuity(TM)
integrated fixed-mobile convergence platform.

messaging features and applications including the ability to record and

IPTV solution, will be participating on a panel discussion at the Digital

of Entertainment, Information and Communications - Transforming the Consumer
Experience: Digital TV, Broadband and Voice.' The session is schedule to take
